How to be a landlord
1 Create an account
Creating an account is easy and free. As soon as you’ve created the account and confirmed your email, you can upload your listings in your dashboard and start receving booking requests.
2 Student Arrival
After the booking process has been completed, we'll provide you with the student's contact information so you can inform them on how to check-in.
3 Get paid
Tenants pay the first month’s rent to Study Abroad Apartments and we’ll send it to you automatically after check-in, minus a one time fee of 25% of the first month’s rent.
