Study Abroad Apartments handles your first months rent online. To lock in your request, you only have to pay a percentage of the first months total. Your landlord will then have 48 hours to approve your request.

Once accepted by your landlord, your next payment will be the sum of the first month's rent and the service fee (less your initial down payment of course). The total amount is due within three days after being accepted by your landlord, and it can be split between roommates through our payment gateway if you so choose.

If the landlord cannot fulfill your request for whatever reason, the initial down payment can be applied to another booking, or refunded if we can not place you in a suitable alternative.

For all following rent payments you will pay your landlord directly. We are here to help along the way throughout your stay.
